Professor Fei Phillip (“Professor Fei”), aged 63, is the chairman, an executive Director and an authorised representative of the Company. He is the professor of International Economic Department of the University of International Relations (國際關係學院), the Peoples Republic of China. Currently he is the council member of the Chinese Overseas Friendship Association (中華海外聯誼會理事) and the China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification (中國和平統一促進會). He is also the specially invited committee member of the Hebei Committee for Liaison with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs* (河北港澳台僑和 外事委員會). He has over 10 years of experience in the international finance, trading business and economic researches.

Mr. Wang Yibin ("Mr. Wang"), has over 18 years of experience in banking, insurance, fund management and securities management. He served as the executive president and general manager of Boluo County Litai Plastic & Hardware Products Co., Ltd. for over 10 years. Mr. Wang obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from Henan University of Economics and Law in 1994.

Mr. Kwok Chung Lung ("Mr. Kwok"), has over 20 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Kwok served as the general manager of ShineWing (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited Shenzhen Branch. Mr. Guo obtained a master's degree in accounting from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2002 and was a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 1993 to 2020.

Mr. Zhou Yingnan, obtained a bachelor's degree in accounting and accounting technology from Curtin University of Technology in August 2012. He has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since May 2017. He has over 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting and corporate management and is currently responsible for corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, corporate governance and compliance. Mr. Chow is currently the manager of Ample Capital Limited and is a licensed person registered under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry on Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity. Mr. Zhou has served as an independent non-executive director of Qiansheng Group Holdings Limited (SEHK stock code: 8475) since June 2022 and an independent non-executive director of Mobile Internet (China) Holdings Limited (SEHK stock code: 1479) since February 2023.

Ms. Bi Xue, obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management in July 2011. He obtained the accounting qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China in September 2020 and the tax agent qualification certificate issued by the China Certified Tax Agents Association in December 2022. He has over 10 years of experience in marketing and business development.
