China Bozza Development Holdings (HKG:1069) officially changed its name to China Health Technology Group Holding after receiving a certificate of incorporation from the Cayman Islands' Registrar of Companies for the change. The stock short name of the medical health development operator will change to CN HEALTH TECH from BOZZA DEVELOP, effective Thursday, Jan. 4, while the stock code will remain the same.
